The foundation of MaYo Holdings and Construction, Inc. is built on profound resilience and a shared vision. Before becoming a chemical engineering leader at W.R. Grace & Co., Manuel E. Ramos (Sir Manny) understood the value of hard work firsthand—taking on odd jobs to survive and weathering multiple failures. Beside him was Euleta B. Ramos (Ma’am Yollie), who holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the Mapua Institute of Technology. During her tenure at the Department of Science & Technology (DOST), she was awarded several international scholarship grants related to her field. Together, they combined his relentless grit with her technical expertise to turn a visionary dream into a reality in 1993, forging a company whose very name unites them both.
Because of this hard-fought journey, Mayo Holdings operates with a deep social mission.
