About Us

MaYo Holdings and Construction (MHC), Inc. was established by the Ramos couple, Manny and Yollie. The company’s name carries a personal legacy, born by combining the “Ma” from Manny and the “Yo” from Yollie. The company was officially approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on June 15, 1993.

The Founders

Manuel E. Ramos, the President and Chairman of the Board, holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the Mapua Institute of Technology. He previously served as the South East Asia Manager of W.R. Grace & Co., which was the biggest specialty chemical company in the world, managing operations in thirteen countries across the region. Euleta B. Ramos, the Vice-President, also holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the same institute and received several international scholarship grants related to her field while working at the Department of Science & Technology (DOST).

Executive Management

Norman Rey B. Ramos, the General Manager, is a graduate of Business Management from De La Salle University and Food Technology from the Philippine Women’s University. He also earned his diploma in Culinary Management, major in Patisserie, at Le Cordon Bleu in Sydney, Australia. Anna Leah R. Evan, the Corporate Secretary, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from St. Paul College of Quezon City, Major in Marketing, and a postgraduate diploma in Corporate Management from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Sydney, Australia. Erwin Rommel B. Ramos, the Operations Manager, has a B.S. degree in Business Management and is currently managing the expanding Luzon operations.
